1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Within the United States

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse network.

7–15 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand.

3. International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, orders are shipped from our international warehouses using sea freight or international logistics partners.

30–45 days

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local courier schedules, and regional logistics conditions.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Fees & Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is available.

For international orders, additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
